This website is operated by Ankura Ventures Ltd, trading as Ankura Harvest. We are a UK-based business that sources and delivers premium Indian mangoes to customers across the United Kingdom.

When this policy refers to "we", "us" or "our", it means Ankura Ventures Ltd. If you have any questions about how we handle your data, you can reach us at hello@ankuraharvest.com.

2. What data we collect

When you place an order through our website, we collect only the information needed to fulfil it:

• Full name — to identify your order and create your bank transfer reference
• Mobile number — to confirm your order and send collection details via WhatsApp
• Email address — to send an order confirmation
• Delivery address or postcode — to arrange home delivery where applicable
• Payment reference — to match your bank transfer or card payment to your order

We do not collect any payment card details directly. Card payments are handled by Stripe (see Section 5).

3. Why we collect it

We collect your personal data for one purpose only: to fulfil your order and communicate with you about it. This includes:

• Processing and confirming your order
• Sending you collection point details and timing updates via WhatsApp
• Matching your payment to your order
• Contacting you if there is an issue with your order or delivery

We do not use your data for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to your order. We will never sell your data to any third party.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your personal data for 12 months after your last order. After that period, your data is deleted from our systems unless we are required by law to keep it for longer (for example, for accounting or tax purposes).

If you would like us to delete your data sooner, please contact us at hello@ankuraharvest.com and we will action your request promptly.

5. Who we share it with

We share your data only with the service providers necessary to run our business. We do not share your data with any third-party marketing companies or data brokers.

• Supabase — our database provider, used to securely store your order and contact details. Supabase is GDPR-compliant and stores data in the EU.
• Stripe — used to process card payments. When you pay by card, you are redirected to Stripe's secure checkout page. Stripe collects and stores your card details directly; we never see or store them. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/gb/privacy.

All other communication happens directly between us and you via WhatsApp or email.

6. Your rights under UK GDPR

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access — you can ask us what personal data we hold about you
• Right to correction — you can ask us to correct any inaccurate data we hold
• Right to deletion — you can ask us to delete your personal data
• Right to restrict processing — you can ask us to limit how we use your data
• Right to object — you can object to us processing your data in certain circumstances
